Granville Island Public Market
We visited the Granville Island Public Market before and after our Whale Watching tour. A must see to grab fresh fruit, vegetables or just a local bite to eat!
The colours of the fruits, chocolates and the yummy nuts from and fresh snapper chowder/soup was definitely worth a visit and a taste. This place is a delight to walk through for a foodie at heart and there are a multitude of places for you to choose from inside the market.
My favourite nuts from The Nut Merchant were the Sriracha Cashews because they were a bit spicy. Their Lime Chipotle Pistachios were also tasty!
ChocolaTas at Granville Island Public Market
I could eat breakfast lunch and dinner here and not be disappointed. It was a good place to pick up a snack or lunch too before our boat tour for whale watching too.
There is also a Farmer’s Market on Thursdays from 10am to 3pm starting June 2nd until Late September and you can make it part of your regular Public Market shopping experience.
