Tableau Bar Bistro – French Restaurant Vancouver
Tableau Bar Bistro is a nice place to meet for dinner with a friend or co-workers in the evening. It’s atmosphere is chic and clean. It seemed to be filled with a lot of business people the evening I met with a friend.
The food was presented with a little flair and it was quite good. We tried the Salmon Tartare that was on special for that night along with a Salmon fillet and mushroom risotto. The Salmon Tartare tasted a bit like spicy salmon pizza/salmon sashimi but, went well with the bread that came with it.
Their Spiced Apple Mule (non-alcoholic drink with organic apple cider, lime juice, ginger beer) was also very good.
The restaurant seemed bustling for a early weekday evening and their service was very good. I would go back again to try other menu items the next time I’m in Vancouver.
