Shrimp Linguine Pasta
This shrimp pasta recipe is a nice change from a saucy pasta. If you like seafood you’ll enjoy this simple recipe. There are only ten ingredients needed for this spicy pasta dish. It’s flavorful and a crowd pleaser.

Ingredients:
- Shrimps
- 3 leaves of fresh basil chopped
- Cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 2-3 tablespoons of minced garlic
- 1 red chilli pepper chopped with the seeds removed
- Linguine
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
Directions:
- Boil water with salt and cook linguine pasta
- After linguine has been cooked make sure to keep some of the water in the pot from the noodles to mix with the shrimp and other ingredients
- Heat frying pan and add approximately 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the pan
- Add minced garlic, basil, chilli pepper to the pan and stir for a minute
- Add and cook the shrimp in the frying pan for approximately 5-6 minutes while stirring the ingredients
- Add the cherry tomatoes (halved) and stir in the frying pan
- Add a pinch of salt and black pepper
- Pour the linguine pasta into the frying pan with some of the pasta water
- Drizzle olive oil on top of the shrimp linguine pasta
- Serve and add freshly grated parmesan cheese to your hearts’ desire
