There’s nothing like enjoying a BBQ with friends and it’s even better when you don’t have to cook. In celebration of a friends’ birthday we had a good time catching up, drinking and munching.
Homemade dips and appetizers included pumpernickel bread and spinach dip, salsa and tortilla chips, a cheese platter, olives and my favourite brie and cranberries with crackers.
A nice way to taste different flavours from the barby is to make kebobs. My friend made a variety of different kebobs and they were yummy. Chicken, shrimp, peppers, mushrooms and onions basted with BBQ sauce or simply with butter, garlic and basil.
