Brunch at Thyme to Indulge was delicious. Had a great time catching up with a friend and their food is pleasing to the eye and your tummy. The bistro is small and bright and friendly.
I really liked how they took the care into displaying their food and drinks. Like their tea cup with a small leaf from the tea bag that looks like it’s growing out of the cup.
Their Crab Cake Benedict is delicious. The eggs were poached perfectly and the breakfast potatoes was a good portion to complement the eggs benedict and the two dungenous crab cakes. I had it with guava hollandaise sauce and it was yummy.
My friend tried the Crispy Bacon Crusted Poached Eggs and said that it was very good too. It came with locally farmed poached eggs, encrusted with bacon & deep fried for a crispy outer crust with toasted focaccia, a smokey chipotle hollandaise and breakfast potatoes.
I would definitely come back to Thyme to Indulge to try out their other breakfast menu items. I loved that the food was fresh and local.
