Smoke on the Water BBQ Shack
I visited the Sunshine Coast in British Columbia recently and stopped in Gibson known as the “Gateway to the Sunshine Coast”. It’s a small little town where the Beachcombers TV show was filmed.
The Smoke on the Water BBQ shack/restaurant has a nice view of the marina and pier from their small patio in the back of the restaurant.
We tried their Albacore Tuna Wrap and their Trip Advisor acclaimed Mac & Cheese. Both were very good and there is nothing like having a meal in the sun by the water.
So much to eat in the little town of Gibson and so, little time…
I need to go back again to try their other menu items one day.
