Pelican Bay Restaurant and Bar – Turks and Caicos
Pelican Bay Restaurant is near one of the most beautiful white sand beaches on Turks and Caicos, Grace Bay beach.
I was in the company of a friend and a local resident on two separate nights and enjoyed both meals at the Pelican Bay restaurant.
Their dinner menu of course has a good selection of their local seafood along with stews and BBQ options. My friend tried the Deconstructed Caicos Lobster Ravioli. She said it was okay and the presentation was interesting.
I tried the Coconut Crusted Grouper that had Caicos Grouper House Dipped Coconut, Basmati Rice, Sauteed Seasonal, Vegetables, Homemade Coconut Nectar. This dish was very good and the fish was cooked perfectly with a light batter.
On my second visit to the Pelican Bay for dinner I tried the pan seared daily catch which came with Basmati Rice and Sauteed Seasonal Vegetables. As always fresh local seafood makes my stomach happy.
My friend who is a local resident had something from their lunch menu and it looked and tasted pretty good. It was the only pizza that I ate on the island. The BBQ had Chicken, Onion, Pineapple, BBQ Sauce.
