Mr. Grouper’s Restaurant: Fresh Seafood Delight
Mr. Grouper’s is a restaurant that you will find in Turks & Caicos (aka Providenciales). It’s a restaurant that locals and tourists can enjoy. The seafood is fresh and all the dishes here were delicious.
First I tried the conch chowder. Generous bits of conch in a creamy chowder is just the way I like it.
I’ve visited a few caribbean islands before and I have to say that Turks and Caicos has some great restaurants and for a seafood lover it’s a dream.
The coconut shrimp here were cooked perfectly and they tasted as good as they look.
The Stewed Lobster Tail was very good but, my friends’ Coconut Crusted Grouper dish with macaroni and cheese tasted even better. I would highly recommend you visit this place to eat if you’re ever on the island and have a craving for fresh fish and seafood.
They didn’t have live music there that day but, it was nice to be there when it was not packed with tourists as it was lunch time and during the slow season on the island.
