Eat BKK Thai Kitchen
On a cold day, you sometimes don’t want to go out to get a good meal or drive too far. I found a Thai restaurant that delivers in my area and their dishes were pretty tasty. Eat BKK Thai Kitchen is in Toronto and had a few interesting Thai cuisine menu items that I wanted to try out, that I haven’t eaten before.
Because I was craving something sweet and savoury I decided to order their mango salad. Their salad is slightly sweet but also has a slight spicy kick to it that makes it a bit better than some other mango salads I have had before. The serving is generous.
I wanted to try a different type of curry from the regular green and red curry Thai dishes, so I tried their Panaeng curry with beef. It has a peanut and coconut curry flavour that is fairly thick and I quite enjoyed. If available, I always go for the coconut rice option to eat with curry from a Thai restaurant. Thai curry always tastes better with coconut rice in my opinion.
I’ve also ordered and tried their Khao Soi which is like a curry flavoured soup with egg noodle, bean sprouts, pickled cabbage, chicken and some crispy noodles. It was the first time I have tried this dish and I enjoyed the coconut milk curry based soup flavour. I will definitely continue to order from this restaurant to try a few more of their dishes.
