The Terra Cotta Inn: Beautiful Garden View and Dining
The large outdoor tent and dining area at the Terracotta Inn is really nice to sit under on a summer afternoon. The grounds at the Inn are very beautiful as well and the live music (guitarist and violinist) was a pleasant surprise after a morning hike with some friends.
This Inn and restaurant is not in the city but, that is definitely what appealed to us. We decided to try the Antipasto Misto and although it said it would be good for two it was very generous in size and we shared it amongst three of us. It may have been a bit on the pricy side but, the portions and quality was definitely worth it.
The Antipasto Misto included some of my favourites: smoked salmon, grilled shrimp, grilled calamari, grilled zucchini, grilled eggplant, seafood salad, Bocconchini cheese, Prosciutto, roasted red peppers, melon, tomato, pickled vegetables, and olives.
Others tried the smoked salmon and goat cheese pizza and it tasted great as well.
I’ll need to go back and visit the inn again one day to try some other dishes and enjoy the view.
